The Reverend Dr. Ronald Conner celebrates low masses at the Parish of St. Monica & St. James on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  

Prior to receiving a call at St. Stephen and the Incarnation, where he is on staff, Fr. Conner attended the University of the South, and then General Theological Seminary, New York.  He has served in parishes in New Jersey, Rhode Island, and New York.  

Having recently completed a doctorate degree on Liturgical Theology, Fr. Conner also studied at Drew University and at Princeton Seminary. Fr. Conner has a Doctor of Ministry degree in liturgics.

Fr. Conner is also affiliated with Christ Church, Georgetown, and Ascension and St. Agnes, and he is a cathedral chaplain.
